2. Follow the instructions in the menu. Please keep your Lyca voucher at hand.
By Text Phone:
1. Dial *131*[Your Voucher Number]# on your phone and press send.
An example would be *131*1234123412341234# and your topped up
By Text Phone:
1. Dial *131# or 94# on your Lyca mobile and press send.
2. You will receive a message showing your remaining call credit
By Phone:
Call 321 or 95#, You will hear a voice telling you how much call credit you have left.

If your abroad you can check your credit balance by dialing 0044 7404 000 321.
Your Lycamobile call credit is valid for 90 days from the date of top-up. Please keep in mind that if you don’t use your Lycamobile UK SIM card to make a call or send a text for over 90 days, Lycamobile will deactivate your SIM. This is unfortunately irreversible.
Next to that, Lycamobile keeps your number for 120 days. If you’re not planning on making calls or sending texts for a while, but you want to keep your number for longer, that may be possible. Please contact Lycamobile for details.

2. Follow the instructions in the menu. Please keep your Lyca voucher at hand.
3. After you’ve completed the steps in the menu, your call credit will be topped up.
4. You’ll receive a confirmation from Lyca once the top up is successful.
