Refunds

  • I purchased the wrong product

We’re sorry to hear that you have purchased the wrong code. Unfortunately, as soon as a code has been received, it can not be sold again. This is because we are not able to determine whether a code has already been used now or in the future. The best comparison for this is a traditional code, purchased from a shop, where the back has been scratched off to reveal the code. Such a card can not be resold in a store.

  • Can I get my money back?

We do not give money back after purchase. This is because we send out the code immediately and have no way of checking if the code has already been used now or in the future.

  • I think my voucher code is faulty

Please provide us with written proof from the supplier (an example of a supplier is Vodafone or O2). This is needed to ensure that we can arrange another code for you.

Requests for further information on prosecution purposes must be submitted by the police.

  • Fake emails

Please watch out for phishing emails. These are fake emails that often seem to have been sent by a company that you know, such as your bank. You’re asked to provide personal details or to enter details via a link on a website. Please be aware of these requests.

We will never ask you to verify your code online or to pay with a digital code via email, phone or in any other way.

  • How can I avoid being scammed?

Please read our advice below to protect yourself from scammers:

    1. We do not sell products on other channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp or other websites.

    2. Please do not accept codes from people you don't personally know.

    3. Never use your codes to pay for something else like fines, advancements on loans or in lotteries. These are often used in attempts to scam people. Please also be aware of false "verification websites" that ask you to verify your code on their website.

    4. Never pass along voucher codes, completely or partially, to someone via email or phone and never use these codes to carry out transactions on Facebook, second-hand sites or auction sites.

    5. It's not possible for us to block an issued code. It's always the responsibility of the customer not to give the code to third parties. If you have been scammed, we advise you to report this to the police.
