Follow the spoken instructions, When Prompted, enter the O2 top up code we sent you.
Dial hotkey 2 and your O2 balance will appear on your screen.
Enter *#10# and press the call button. Your O2 pay as you go balance will appear on your screen
Dial 4444 to hear your balance on your phone.
Sign into your My O2 account from your phone or computer
If you are not resistered with My O2 then turn your wifi off and go teh My O2 website, You will see your balance and not be charged as the My O2 site will not use your data.
An O2 top up voucher will expire after 12 months if you don’t activate it. Once activated, your O2 call credit doesn’t expire as long as your O2 SIM card is active. To keep it active, make at least one chargeable activity (e.g. a call, a text or mobile data usage) every 6 months. Otherwise, O2 UK will deactivate your SIM card. This will also result in losing any call credit remaining on it.
Call 4444 from the mobile phone you want to top up.
Enter *111*# followed by the call button. Then, follow the instructions. When prompted, enter the top up code we sent you.

3. Enter your voucher number
