Delight Mobile Top Up Vouchers

By Phone:

1. Dial 191 from your Delight mobile

2. Follow the instructions in the menu. Please keep your Delight voucher at hand.

3. After you’ve completed the steps in the menu, your call credit will be topped up.

4. You’ll receive a confirmation from Delight once the top up is successful.

By Text Phone:

Key in *191*[Your Voucher Number] followed by the # Key and Press SEND or CALL

For example *191*1234123412341234#

You should receive confirmation that your call credit has been added to your account

By Phone:

From your phone simply key in *192# followed by pressing the call key. Your credit balance will automatically display on screen.

or

Call 192 from your Delight Mobile Phone, follow the instructions and you will hear your account balance.

Delight call credit doesn’t expire, as long as your Delight SIM is active. To keep it active, you need to make at least one chargeable action every 180 days. A chargeable action is a top up, a call, a text, or data usage. After 180 days of inactivity on your Delight mobile, Delight UK may deactivate your SIM. If this happens, you’ll lose any remaining call credit.
