Vodafone Top Up Vouchers

By Phone:

1. Dial 2345 from your Vodafone mobile
2. Follow the instructions in the menu. Please keep your Vodafone voucher at hand.
3. After you’ve completed the steps in the menu, your call credit will be topped up.
4. You’ll receive a confirmation from Vodafone once the top up is successful.

Online:

1. Go to the Vodafone Website
2. Enter your mobile number
3. Enter your voucher number

On the Vodafone App:

Open the My Vodafone app. In the homescreen, find the Credit tile. It shows your current call credit balance.

By Phone:

Dial * # 1345 # followed by the SEND button on your phone.

or

Dial 2345 with your Vodafone mobile and then follow the instructions in the menu.

or

Call 08700 778899 from any other phone to check your Vodafone balance.

Vodafone call credit doesn’t expire, as long as your Vodafone SIM is active. To keep it active, you need to make at least one chargeable action every 180 days. A chargeable action is a top up, a call, a text, or data usage. After 180 days of inactivity on your Vodafone mobile, Vodafone UK may deactivate your SIM. If this happens, you’ll lose any remaining call credit.
