  • Are Orange and EE the same company?

    Orange and T-Mobile merged in 2010 forming a new parent company called Everything Everywhere (EE).

    Orange & T-Mobile continued as separate brands until 2015 when EE was sold to the BT Group. As a result from 2015 Orange & T-Mobile services are being phased out and replaced by the EE brand

  • How do I top up my Orange phone?

    By Phone:

    1. Dial 150 from your Orange mobile phone

    2. Follow the instructions in the menu. Please keep your Orange voucher at hand.

    3. After you’ve completed the steps in the menu, your call credit will be topped up.

    4. You’ll receive a confirmation from Orange once the top up is successful.

    By Text Phone:

    Text VO [SPACE] followed by your Voucher Number to 150

    For example your text would look like this VO 1234123412341234

  • How do I check my Orange balance?

    By Text:

    Text BALANCE to 150 and you should receive a text showing your remaining call credit

    Online:

    Visit the EE website, Login and your balance will be displayed.

  • How long is my Orange call credit valid for?

    Orange credit is valid indefinitely and therefore does not expire. However, your SIM card will be deactivated after 6 months of inactivity. Use your mobile phone regularly in order to prevent your SIM card from being deactivated.

  • How do I top up my Orange when abroad?

    By Phone:

    1. Dial 360 from your Orange mobile

    2. Follow the instructions in the menu. Please keep your Orange voucher at hand.

    3. After you’ve completed the steps in the menu, your call credit will be topped up.

    4. You’ll receive a confirmation from Orange once the top up is successful.
